Notes:
- Where Christmas and the New Year fall on a weekend, we are willing to be flexible and modify changeover day e.g. Wednesday to Wednesday, but please call and we can discuss your specific requirements.
- All prices quoted in £ sterling.
- Price includes: rental, gas, electricity, heating, use of towels and bed linen.
- Price guide is subject to change.
- Payment: A deposit fee is payable immediately on booking and the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. Full balance will be due if booking is made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental.
- Cancellation: If the Client should cancel, for whatever reason, the owner will attempt to re-let the property for the length of the booking. If the property is re-let for the duration of the booking, all monies will be returned less a £30 admin fee. Otherwise monies paid will be non-refundable. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, but will endeavour to find a suitable replacement, or will reimburse all monies paid.
- Date Changes: Allowable without charge if the changes are made 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Otherwise, the cancellation clause applies.
